Norther Court - The Speck

The Speck is obtained by the thigh of European pork and is flavoured with salt, spices and natural aromas. It is hung and smoked, moving thereafter to seasoned it in a big cellar for at least 5 months.

It has a quadrangular and pressed shape.

It has a soft, delicate and slightly smoked flavour.

Store the product at a temperature of +2/+4°Cs.
