STEW PANCETTA

Secret forest - Pancetta and pulled pork

The stew pancetta is obtained by selected pancetta of European pork. The pancetta is square, trimmed, steamed, smoked and browned in the oven.

It has a square shape with a weight of about 4 kg. When cut, it has a quite homogenous pink colour with the presence of white striations due to the fat.

It has a soft consistence and a delicate flavour.

Store the product at a temperature of +2/+4°Cs.
