The pulled pork is obtained by selected meats of European pork. The pulled pork is steamed and later smoked.

It has a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 17 cm and a weight of about 6.5 kg. When cut, it has a quite homogenous pink colour, interspersed with pieces of spices and, externally, it presents a small counter of fat. It has a soft and compact consistence and a mild flavour, typical of a roast with herbs.

Store the product at a temperature of +2/+4°Cs.
